Rosemary Tea Recipe

Prepare and strain the tea, allow it to cool slightly, and stir in about a teaspoon of honey.

Start with less than you think you’ll need. You can always add more.

Rosemary Ginger Tea

For a warmer, spicier drink, add 2–3 thin slices of fresh ginger to the rosemary while it steeps.

 

Strain both ingredients before serving.

Fresh lemon also works particularly well with this combination.

Rosemary Mint Tea

Rosemary and mint create a refreshing contrast.

Add a few clean fresh mint leaves to the rosemary before pouring in the hot water. Steep, strain, and serve as usual.

Because both herbs are strongly aromatic, use modest quantities until you find the balance you prefer.
